Rocli's Hybrid Academy is our small-group learning program for neurodivergent students who benefit from a more flexible, personalized alternative to a traditional classroom. The Hybrid Academy includes two age-based pathways: a morning Elementary Program and an afternoon Middle School Program. Families may choose a 2-day or 4-day schedule.
Our Elementary Program provides a supportive, small-group environment where students can work at their individual academic and developmental level.
Learning may include:
Reading, writing, math, and individualized academics
Communication development
Social learning and peer interaction
Emotional regulation
Functional learning
Independence and life skills
IXL and customized learning activities
The goal is not simply to move through grade-level material. We help students build the skills they need to learn, communicate, participate, and become increasingly independent.

Some learners benefit more from individualized instruction than a group environment can provide. Rocli's 1:1 Learning Support provides personalized educational instruction based on your child's current skills, learning goals, communication style, and support needs.

This may be a good fit for: students who need focused academic support, homeschool families who want professional guidance, students receiving ABA during traditional school hours, or learners who are not yet ready for a small-group environment.
You can provide learning at home without having to figure everything out by yourself. Guided Learning is an ongoing parent-guided program that gives families structure, direction, and educational support while their child learns from home.
Rocli helps you determine what your child should be working on, organizes learning goals, recommends appropriate skills and assignments, and helps you monitor progress over time.

Guided Learning is parent-guided learning from home rather than a live virtual school. Rocli provides the educational direction and ongoing support while the parent or caregiver facilitates learning at home.
For many children, ABA is already a major part of their weekly schedule. Rocli ABA Satellite Learning Pods make it possible for students to receive educational support within participating ABA centers.
Instead of asking families to choose between therapy and learning, Rocli brings small-group academics into a familiar therapeutic environment. Students work on academics, communication, functional learning, independence, and school-readiness skills while continuing to receive their ABA services.
Small-group learning with individualized support in a supportive, small-class environment where students can work at their own academic and developmental level.

If your child attends an ABA center that does not currently offer a Rocli Learning Pod, contact us. We are always interested in connecting with ABA providers who want to expand educational opportunities for the families they serve.
We'll help you choose. Your child does not have to fit neatly into a traditional school model — and you do not have to figure out the next step alone.
Whether your child needs a small-group school environment, individualized instruction, educational support within ABA, or help building a learning program at home, Rocli can help you determine the best place to begin.
