HOW IT WORKS
One hour a week. Four students. One room.
Rocli uses a dedicated-room, back-to-back appointment model — the same scheduling footprint as a visiting speech or occupational therapist.
Each participating child misses one hour of ABA per week. That is the entire footprint.

Rocli creates the academic plan. Your BCBA independently determines whether and how an academic activity may support medically necessary behavioral treatment goals.

Documentation stays separate. Rocli documents academic instruction, work samples, mastery, and progress toward academic targets. Your center documents behavior-analytic treatment, medical necessity, supervision, and clinical outcomes. Neither party alters the other party's records.
Billing and payer safeguards
Rocli bills the family. Never the payer.
Rocli does not submit academic services to health insurance. The service remains private-pay academic support.
ABA billing ordinarily pauses during a child's direct Rocli appointment, unless your center has specific written payer guidance authorizing concurrent medically necessary treatment. An RBT cannot bill for supervising schoolwork — any billed ABA service must follow the authorized treatment plan, payer requirements, active implementation, supervision, data collection, and documentation standards.
Verifying guidance for each payer and each child is the provider's responsibility. Clinic staff participation in between-session learning is never assumed; it has to be agreed and scheduled by the center.

- Handoff documented — arrival, transition, return to RBT, late arrival, missed appointments
- Safety, elopement, toileting, feeding, medical, emergency, and parent-contact procedures confirmed
- Payer review completed — whether ABA pauses, shifts, or continues under written guidance
- One staff member designated as clinic liaison
- Rocli orientation completed and communication flow explained
- First service date confirmed and communicated to parents

When this replaces traditional school
The parent administers the Georgia home study program, files the required Declaration of Intent, and ensures the full-week learning plan is completed.
Rocli provides the academic assessment, curriculum, weekly instruction, assignments, and progress support. Rocli is not the child's private school, and Rocli is not an ABA provider.
