Why Rocli?
At Rocli, our small environment allows our team to build meaningful relationships with students and provide support that would be difficult to offer in a traditional classroom.
You will work alongside a Lead Guide rather than being expected to manage everything independently. You'll also have the opportunity to learn more about individualized instruction, neurodivergent learners, alternative communication, and collaborative education.
We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our students' learning experience — not simply supervise a classroom.
